Women only get5% of sport media coverage*

Between ages 3-17, 41% of girls don’t participate in sport

That figure jumps to an astounding 84% in adulthood

Nearly all sponsorship dollars 99.6% in the sports industry go to male sports.

And yet, Canada’s female athletes and teams have experienced unparalleled success on the global stage in recent years.
